Obituary for Tad Brian Reed

Tad Reed age 41, of Hildebran, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday October 9, 2017, at his residence. He was born February 6, 1976 the son of Rex Talley Reed and Amanda (Mandy) Sipes Reed. Tad was an employee of Carpenter Co.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Buford Sipes and Grandparents, Talley and Lucille Reed as well as an uncle, Glen Sipes.

Those left to cherish his memory is his wife Lori Franklin Reed and daughters; Chloe Franklin and Jessica Hawkins of the home; a brother, Zachary Scott Reed and wife Lisa of Granite Falls; his grandmother, Janita Sipes of Granite Falls and two nephews Ezekiel and Malachi and a niece Hannah.

The Service will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Dudley Shoals Baptist Church in Granite Falls with Rev. Gordon West officiating. The Visitation will follow and burial will be private.

Mackie Funeral Home of Granite Falls, NC is serving the family.
