Obituary for Delmer Clifford Hill

Delmer C. Hill, Jr. age 72, of Granite Falls, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born April 26, 1945 in Wise Co. Virginia and was the son of the late Delmer C. Hill, Sr. and Stella Dollarhide. He was a supervisor with Hancock and Moore Furniture.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Lail Hill.

Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Leatherman of Cherryville and a son Dale Hill also of Cherryville; step-son, Michael Gilbert of Granite Falls and a step-daughter Angelia McNeely also of Granite Falls; three sisters, Carolyn Foster of Maiden, Linda Kerley of Newton, Cora Lee Setzer of Tennessee, Wanda Sue Hill of Tennessee and Edna Vance of Tennessee. Also surviving are grandchildren; Dylan Leatherman, Mandy and Brandy Leatherman, Crystal Hill, Michelle Hill, Dale Hill, Ashley Hill, Christopher Price and Candice Price.

All services will be private.
